Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed and dispatched from our facility. Typically, this gives you a small window to request a cancellation. Once an order has been handed over to our delivery partners, it cannot be cancelled.

2. How to Cancel

If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible via phone or email. Please provide your order number and request cancellation.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is received and approved before the order is dispatched, a full refund will be initiated. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons such as unforeseen stock unavailability, logistical issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such rare instances, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be processed immediately.
